Ingredients
1 lb thick-cut bacon
3 tablespoons Kentucky Hot™ Original Bourbon Sriracha
¼ cup packed brown sugar
½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper (optional)
Thin jalapeño slices (optional)


Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).


Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.


Arrange the bacon strips in a single layer on the rack.
Brush both sides of each slice with Kentucky Hot™ Original.
Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the bacon.
Add black pepper and jalapeño slices, if desired.
Bake for 25–35 minutes, or until the bacon is deeply caramelized and crisp. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the bacon.


Allow the bacon to cool on the rack for 5–10 minutes before serving.
