We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, or other circumstances at our sole discretion.

■ ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or fulfilled.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request if your order has not yet entered processing.

Due to the consumable nature of our gourmet food products, all sales are generally final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products.

If your order arrives damaged, contains missing items, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
