Refund & Return Policy

We want every customer to enjoy our BBQ sauces as much as we enjoy making them. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds, replacements, or store credits are available for the following reasons:

Defective Products: If you find that your BBQ sauce is damaged or spoiled upon arrival.

Incorrect Order: If we made an error and sent you the wrong product.

Product Quality Issues: If the sauce is not up to our quality standards (e.g., leaking or expired).

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To process a refund or replacement, please email us at orders@allaboutsauce.com with the following information:

A photo of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)

A brief description of the issue

3. Time Frame for Refunds

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date. Once your request is approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement within 3–7 business days.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid by credit card, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Store Credit & Replacements

If you prefer, we can offer store credit for future purchases instead of a refund.

If you receive the wrong product or damaged sauce, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

6. Non-Refundable Conditions

Change of mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the product, we are unable to offer a refund or return on opened products.

Opened Products: Once the product is opened or partially consumed, we cannot accept returns unless defective.
