Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.  Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.  ∆Orders Received on WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS will be shipped the next Business Day.

Shipping Methods

We ship through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on location and availability. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier issues

Weather conditions

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Events outside our control

Incorrect Address

~Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, It’s All About The Sauce is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file claims when applicable.

Food Product Return Policy

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final, and we do not accept returns of opened or unopened food items.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

The product arrives damaged

The wrong item was shipped

The order is missing items

To request assistance, customers must contact us within 3-5 days of delivery and provide:

Order number

■Photo of damaged product or packaging

■Description of the issue


Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible.

Refund Eligibility

Approved refunds may be issued in the original form of payment when possible. Processing times vary depending on the payment provider. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet policy requirements.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By placing an order with It’s All About The Sauce, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a payment dispute or chargeback. Filing fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on food products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us for resolution.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all food product sales are final, and we do not accept returns of opened or unopened items.


However, we will gladly resolve issues if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

 The product was damaged during shipping

 Items were missing from your order
