🚚 Shipping Methods We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by: • Carrier delays • Severe weather • Incorrect shipping addresses • Events beyond our control

📍 Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipping.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package has been marked Delivered by the carrier, It's All About The Sauce™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim when applicable.

■ FOOD PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Because our products are consumable food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or unopened food products.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if: ✔ Product arrives damaged ✔ Wrong item was shipped ✔ Items are missing from your order

To request assistance, contact us within 3–5 days of delivery and provide: • Order Number • Photos of the product and packaging • Description of the issue

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible.

■ REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times vary by payment provider.

■ ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before they have shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
