Where Sweet Meets Heat


Cajun Shrimp Linguine with Kentucky Hot™ Bourbon Sriracha
Creamy Cajun linguine tossed with shrimp, Parmesan cheese, and Kentucky Hot™ Bourbon Sriracha for the perfect balance of rich flavor and sweet heat.

🛒 Ingredients


Pasta & Shrimp
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined


12 oz linguine pasta


1 tbsp olive oil


1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Vegetables

 

1 red bell pepper, sliced


1 small onion, sliced


3 cloves garlic, minced


Sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Kentucky Hot™ Bourbon Sriracha
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice


■Garnish
Fresh parsley, chopped
Additional Parmesan cheese
Kentucky Hot™ Bourbon Sriracha drizzle. 🌶️ 


Directions

Step 1 – Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.


Step 2 – Season the Shrimp
Toss shrimp with olive oil and 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.


Step 3 – Sear the Shrimp
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and lightly charred. Remove from skillet and set aside.


Step 4 – Build the Sauce
Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet.


Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until softened.
Add chicken broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, Kentucky Hot™ Bourbon Sriracha, and ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning. Stir well and simmer for 3–4 minutes.


Step 5 – Finish the Dish
Stir in Parmesan cheese until completely melted and smooth.
Add lemon juice and stir.
Return shrimp and linguine to the skillet and toss until fully coated with sauce.
Cook for 1–2 additional minutes.


Garnish & Serve
Top with fresh parsley, additional Parmesan cheese, and a drizzle of Kentucky Hot™ Bourbon Sriracha.


Serve immediately.
